We want to make the shipping process as easy and affordable as possible for our customers. That's why we offer flat shipping rates on all orders and free shipping within the UK and Germany.
For orders within the UK, shipping is free on all orders. For international orders, we charge a flat rate starting at £10 per order for European destinations. We use reliable courier services to ensure that your prints arrive in perfect condition, and we provide tracking information so that you can keep track of your order's progress.
Once your order is placed, we will process and dispatch it within 2-4 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 business days depending on destination.
If you are buying multiple items, framed prints may be packaged and shipped separately.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Chic Art Prints, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, one-of-a-kind prints that they will love. Because our prints are produced on demand, and come with limited edition certificates of authentication, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged print, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will be happy to replace it for you. To ensure that we can process your replacement as quickly as possible, please include a photo of the damaged item along with your message. We are committed to making sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and we will do everything we can to make it right.
