  • What paper do you print on and what technique do you use?
Giclée art printing service is loved by illustrators, painters and photographers alike. Chic Art Prints are printed using the latest Giclée technology on Hahnemühle German Etching paper. This heavyweight paper has a slightly warm base tone and a strong mottled texture. It creates a print with strong colours and deep blacks that feel rich and high in contrast. This is due to the texture of the paper enabling it to hold more ink and capture the light. The German Etching is one of heavier weight Giclée art printing papers. With its weight and strong texture this paper gives the artwork a handmade crafted, velvety finish feel. Our fulfilment partners, theprintspace, are end-to-end carbon neutral. This means where we can we minimise our energy usage and use suppliers of renewable energy. Where unavoidable, theprintspace offset all of the carbon emissions.
  • How do I know I am receiving a limited edition print?
All prints are produced on demand, as they are purchased, and our printing partners theprintspace in UK track the order numbers via dedicated ordering software. You will be issued with a letter of authenticity certifying the edition number
  • How are the prints created?
The prints are designed and created by the founder, Marta Rusin, digitally. She is working from sketches, utilises AI digital painting and machine learning and further process the artworks in Illustrator and Photoshop. Utilising the latest digital art working technologies allows her to keep the limited edition cost to a minimum for the customers who can in turn enjoy her vision and unique artworks sold in small editions of only 50 worldwide.
